I need a 10ohm/10amp resistor and radio shack only labels in watts. what do i need to get a 10 amp draw? - motorcycle led turn signals

I have found in LED lights on my bike and not pull enough current to activate the flash. I need to bind, but they do not know what to buy power for 10 amps, because they are marked in watts. any help would be very grateful. btw, RadioShack employees here do not even know what resistance is much less than I need.
