Need to know the name of a set of "mini-skater" toys that came out in the early 90's? - tiny skateboards

I try to find the names of these toys. They left in the spring of 90 'S and mini-people/mutants little skates were small. Both were about 1 cm to 2 cm and is sold in groups of 4 or 5, Kay-Bee Toys. And there were several games sold. Can someone help me with the names of the little people?
